Disclaimer

To exercise your rights under the CPA, including the right to confirm whether or not MBUSA is processing your personal information, access your personal information, correct inaccuracies in your personal information, delete personal information provided by, or obtained about, you, obtain a copy of your personal information processed by us in a portable format, opt out of the processing of your personal information for the purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you (MBUSA does not do this), or appeal the denial of a request, you may contact us via phone at 1-833-808-5050 or via email at myprivacy@mbusa.com. In order to respond to your request, we will need to verify your identity by asking you for certain personal information to match with the information we have on file. We may request that you provide us with a description of the information we require to address your rights request, including your name, email address, phone number, and the nature of your request. The personal information that we use to verify your identity will not be used for any other purpose. We cannot effectuate your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
