A reinvention unfolds as the all-new 2026 CLA emerges anew. Meet this all-electric compact sedan, the first in a new family of vehicles to offer more of just about everything: Space, refinement, comfort, intelligence and efficiency.
Designed for the electric age, the CLA comes packed with an 800-volt electric architecture. This system is directly derived from the VISION EQXX, a concept vehicle built with technology that makes way for maximum efficiency and performance. In short, under this technology, the CLA can add up to 186 miles of charge in ten swift minutes.Disclaimer[5] The CLA 250+ and the CLA 350 are the first in the electric line-up to feature both a J1772 plug and NACS charging port for DC Fast Charging, opening the opportunity to plug in at thousands more public high-power charging stations across the US.
Saving on space with its cutting-edge compact drivetrain, the CLA is the first Mercedes-Benz in 90 years to offer a “frunk” (front trunk). This additional cargo area is suitable for small parcels.
Inside its roomy cabin, expansive innovations like the completely new MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System) supports the fourth generation MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience). This new generation is the world’s first in-car infotainment system ever to offer AI capabilities, setting exceptional standards between vehicle and driver interactions. Now an interplay of dialogue, an understanding of emotion and even short-term memory provide information, conveniences and comfort well beyond responding to simple commands.
This model range is set to expand with even more powertrain options will become available, including a high-tech hybrid variant.
The all-new 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250+ Sedan with EQ Technology and CLA 350 4MATIC Sedan with EQ Technology are set to arrive later this year.
