California Consumer Notice
At least 30 days prior to the commencement of an action seeking civil penalties under subdivision (c) of Section 1794 of the California Civil Code, the consumer shall send notice in writing to either CA_Retention_Mailbox@mbusa.com or by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested to Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, Customer Care Center, One Mercedes-Benz Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. The notice must contain all of the following:
1. Your name, the Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) of the motor vehicle, and a brief summary of the repair history and problems with your motor vehicle.
2. Demand that Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC repurchase or replace the motor vehicle.
